Motorcyclist pops a wheelie, until this policeman on horseback intervenes

A London motorcyclist thought it would be fun to record himself pulling a wheelie in the part of central London known as the Square Mile, but local police soon put a stop to his antics. YouTube user Aimanas Aima had just pulled a quick wheelie, recording it with a helmet camera, when suddenly a large horse was standing in the road in front of him, blocking his way.
On video, Aima tells the officer that he couldn't have been going more than 22 miles (35.4 kilometers) per hour in the 20 miles (32.2 kilometers) per hour limit zone, but the officer is having none of it.

"Don't give me any of your old flannel, alright?" the officer says. "That's dangerous riding."
The Square Mile is a region in the heart of London that is actually a separate city: the City of London, as opposed to London. "The two Londons have separate city halls and elect separate mayors, who collect separate taxes to fund separate police to enforce separate laws," says YouTube educator CGP Grey.
The mounted branch of the City of London police have been a permanent unit since 1904, and they take their job very seriously. When Aima asks the officer if he should turn off his camera, the officer says, "Leave it on. Then you can tell your friends about the big telling-off you got from the policeman on the horse."
Aima respectfully apologizes on camera. In the comments of the original video, he notes how thorough the police were and says that he uploaded the video because the police officer "told me to show [it] to my friends."
